Solace365 is a wellbeing, recognition and rewards app for care organizations: behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) services and human services. It is made by Solace Group.
What it does
- Daily check-ins. One tap to say how you are. Private to you. Leaders see only group totals, and only for groups of 5 or more.
- Recognition. Thank a coworker for something they actually did, in front of the team.
- Challenges. Short, realistic goals that fit around a shift.
- Solace Coins and rewards. Earn coins and spend them on rewards your organization offers, from a long lunch to a gift card.
- Lumen. An AI companion for hard days, to talk something through or find the right support. Lumen is not a therapist and does not diagnose.
- Your organization’s support contacts, one tap away. Each organization adds its own crisis line, employee assistance line and contacts.
How it is provided
Organizations buy Solace365 for their staff. The organization’s administrator creates accounts, so there is no public sign-up. Each organization’s data is kept separate from every other organization’s.

- We do not sell data. No ads. No third-party trackers.
- Your check-in answers are never shown to your manager.
