Who can use it
Solace365 is for adults (18 or older) whose organization has given them an account. There is no public sign-up. Your organization decides who has an account and may suspend or remove it.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and do not sign in as anyone else. Tell your administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Using it well
Solace365 is a workplace space. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, bully or embarrass anyone;
- post anything hateful, sexual, violent or unlawful;
- share anything you do not have the right to share, including other people’s private information;
- try to reach data belonging to other people or other organizations;
- try to break, overload or get around the app’s security.
You can report messages and Community posts in the app. Your organization and Solace Group may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give Solace Group permission to store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Solace365. Recognition you post is visible to your team or organization, as the app shows.
Solace Coins and rewards
Solace Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or moved outside the app. Your organization decides what rewards cost, which are available, and whether a request is approved. Coins and pending rewards end when your account is closed or your organization stops using Solace365.
Lumen and wellbeing features are not medical care
Check-ins, reflections and Lumen support everyday wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or emergency care. They are not watched in real time and must not be used to report an emergency. Lumen is an AI and can be wrong; it is not a therapist and does not diagnose. Talk to a qualified professional about any medical or mental-health concern. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services. Your organization may list its own crisis line and support contacts in the app under Get support.
Google Drive
Connecting Google Drive is optional. When you share a file, a copy is stored in Solace365 and delivered to the people in that conversation. Make sure you are allowed to share it. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Solace365 running and improving. We may change or remove features. We cannot promise the service will never be interrupted or have errors. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Solace365 is provided “as is”, and Solace Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from its use. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time: solace365.com/delete-account.
