Lumen
A companion for the hard shifts.
Lumen is the AI companion inside Solace365. It’s there at 3 a.m. after a hard call, and on an ordinary Tuesday. It is AI, not a person, and not a therapist.
Solace365 is a wellbeing tool, not medical care. It is not a medical device and is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.

What Lumen does
- Listens at any hour when you want to talk through a rough shift.
- Helps you wind down, or just breathe for a minute.
- Takes you straight to the thank-you screen when you want to thank a coworker.
- Points you to your organization’s own support contacts.
What Lumen doesn’t do
- Diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
- Replace a therapist, counselor or doctor.
- Share your conversations with your employer.
- Watch chats in real time or respond to emergencies.
In a crisis
- If something sounds like a crisis, Lumen points you to real people instead of carrying on.
- That means your organization’s crisis line, employee assistance line and support contacts, which your organization adds in the app.
- If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Privacy
Your conversations are yours.
- Your employer cannot read your Lumen conversations.
- Conversations are kept for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off, then deleted automatically.
- You can delete them yourself at any time in the app.
- Lumen runs on Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services) under terms that do not allow your conversations to be used to train the AI models.
AI disclosure
Lumen is an AI. It can be wrong.
Lumen’s replies are written by AI models, not by a person. They are meant for everyday support and can be mistaken or incomplete. Lumen is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about any medical or mental-health concern.
