Delete your Solace365 account
This page explains how to delete your Solace365 account and the data in it. Solace365 is made by Solace Group. You do not need the app installed to do this.

How to ask
Option 1. Email us. Send an email to admin@solace365.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use to sign in to Solace365. Include:
- your full name;
- the organization (employer) you use Solace365 with.
Option 2. Ask your administrator. Your organization’s Solace365 administrator can send the request to us for you.
If you write from a different email address, we will contact the address on your account to confirm the request is really from you before we delete anything.
What happens next
- We reply within 2 business days to confirm we have your request.
- We delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
- Your account is paused while we do this, so it can no longer be used.
You can still delete your Lumen conversations yourself, straight away, in the app.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Your profile: name, email, photo, birthday, job title and team.
- Your mood check-ins and any notes on them.
- Your private reflections.
- Your Lumen conversations.
- Messages, voice notes and files you sent.
- Wall posts, comments and reactions you made.
- The words and photos of thank-yous you sent. The person who received one keeps a blank card from “Former member”.
- Your challenge activity, Solace Coins, badges and reward requests.
- Your Google Drive connection and token, if you connected one.
Unused Solace Coins and pending reward requests are canceled when the account is deleted. They cannot be paid out.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: deleted data can stay in encrypted database backups for up to 14 days, then it is overwritten.
- Coin and reward totals, without your name: a record of the Solace Coins, rewards, gift cards and challenge totals linked to your account, so your employer’s budget and billing still add up. It never includes your check-ins, reflections, messages or Lumen chats.
- Your employer’s audit log, without your name: the record of admin actions, such as the deletion itself.
- Things you published for your organization as an administrator, such as announcements or surveys. They stay for your coworkers, shown as from “Former member”.
- Anonymous survey answers. They were never linked to you, so they cannot be found or removed.
- Reports you filed about a message or post, kept for moderation without your name.
- Gift cards already sent: Tremendous, the company that delivers gift cards, keeps its own record of a card it has delivered to you, under its own privacy policy.
If you just want to stop using it
Your employer can also suspend your account. Suspending pauses it: you can no longer earn, post or redeem. It does not delete your data. To delete your data, ask using the steps above.
